Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based at our Butwal location. The Sales Manager will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves managing sales forecasts, reporting, and collaborating closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills with proven ability to achieve and exceed targets

Competence in client relationship management and customer service

Experience in market research and developing strategic sales plans

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Leadership and team management abilities to drive sales performance

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly advantageous

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work and adapt to dynamic market conditions
