📋 Job Description

Plan, supervise, and execute daily production operations efficiently

Ensure smooth workflow in the production department as per production targets and dispatch plans

Monitor production output, quality standards, and process discipline on the production floor

Allocate manpower effectively to maximize productivity and operational efficiency

Maintain and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) within the production process

Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and quality departments for uninterrupted operations

Prepare daily production, material consumption, and productivity reports

Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with company standards

Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage

✅ Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology (Mandatory)

Minimum 2+ years of experience in production department, preferably in FMCG industry

Good understanding of production planning and process management

Knowledge of quality control and SOP implementation

Strong leadership and manpower handling skills

Ability to monitor productivity and achieve production targets

Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently
