Job Position

Assistant – 1

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Bachelors’ Level qualification from recognized University.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in DP management & KYC handling, preferably in the stock markets.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems and other relevant tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Age

18 years completed and not exceeding 30 years on the last day of application date.

Job Position

Trainee Assistant (Customer Service Representative) – 1

Minimum Requirements

Minimum + 2 Level qualification (Preferably bachelor’s degree) from recognized University.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems and other relevant tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Age

18 years completed and not exceeding 30 years on the last day of application date.

Other General Requirements for all above positions

Excellent Communication and strong Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate is must.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
