Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across multiple business domains and projects. The candidate will be responsible for building robust backend systems, interactive frontend applications, secure APIs, and cloud-ready solutions using modern technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with hands-on experience in frameworks such as FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and user-friendly applications for different industry use cases.

This is a night shift, onsite role suitable for a developer with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work on modern software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack web applications across different business domains and client projects.

Build scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Python, FastAPI, and Node.js.

Create responsive and modern frontend interfaces using React.js and other JavaScript frameworks.

Design reusable components and modular application architecture for scalability and maintainability.

Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.

Integrate third-party services, external APIs, and cloud-based solutions.

Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control systems.

Optimize application performance, database queries, and backend workflows.

Design and manage relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and automation.

Collaborate on cloud-native infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Follow clean coding standards, documentation practices, and version control workflows.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Job Specification

Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend frameworks.

Experience building scalable APIs and microservices architecture.

Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.

Knowledge of responsive UI development, state management, and component-based architecture.

Strong SQL knowledge and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.

Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.

Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or multi-domain projects.

Knowledge of AI/ML integration, analytics platforms, or automation systems.

Experience with real-time applications, event-driven systems, or message queues.
