Job Description
The instructor will conduct practical training sessions on accounting, taxation, Excel, Tally, payroll, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation for beginner to intermediate-level trainees. The role focuses on job-oriented and hands-on learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
Support curriculum improvement and training material updates as required
Conduct practical sessions using real transaction examples
Support trainees with job readiness and practical accounting skills
Track & Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments
Provide guidance and support to trainees for job readiness and practical accounting skills
Coordinate with the Training Supervisor regarding batch progress, training schedules, curriculum delivery, and trainee performance updates
Maintain proper training records, reports, attendance records and classroom discipline
Deliver training on
Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping
Journal, Ledger, Cash Book
VAT & Taxation
Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Advanced Excel for Accounting
Payroll & Salary Sheet
Bank & Party Reconciliation
NFRS-based Financial Statements
Job Specification
Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA Affiliate
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
Good knowledge of
Tally
Excel
VAT & Taxation
IRD Procedures
Financial Accounting
Preferred
Experience in vocational or professional training institutes
Practical knowledge of Nepalese accounting and taxation systems
Strong communication and teaching skills
