Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for dairy products within the assigned province/region. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, leading regional sales teams, managing distributor and retailer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for dairy products.
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to improve productivity, engagement, and overall performance.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and strengthen the company’s presence within the dairy industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and product positioning strategies.
Ensure effective distribution management and product availability across the assigned territory.
Analyze sales data and market performance to optimize sales activities and improve regional profitability.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to senior management.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor market execution, distributor performance, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and operational standards.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG (खाद्यान्न) industry only.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional sales operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in sales reporting and forecasting.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned province/region.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software/CRM tools is preferred.
