Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Social Media Marketer. The Social Media Marketer will manage and optimize social media accounts, create and execute content strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online engagement. Additional responsibilities include monitoring analytics, staying updated on industry trends, and enhancing brand visibility through digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques

Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively

Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy for various platforms

Knowledge of Digital Marketing practices and campaign execution

Proven ability to analyze social media performance metrics

Attention to detail and creativity in crafting engaging content

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is a strong advantage
