Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator, based in Kathmandu. The Content Creator will be responsible for generating innovative content ideas, producing and editing digital content for social media, collaborating with the design team, and implementing effective content strategies. The role includes conducting research, ensuring brand consistency, staying updated with digital trends, and analyzing content performance to optimize engagement metrics. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with clients to ensure their vision and goals are reflected in the content.

Qualifications

Experience in Content Creation, Creative Writing, and Editing

Proficiency in Content Strategy, Social Media Management, and Campaign Development

Understanding of Digital Marketing, Audience Engagement, and Targeted Advertising

Strong Research and Storytelling skills with an emphasis on relevance and cultural alignment

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic project requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus

Experience in working within a fast-paced digital marketing agency is highly advantageous
