Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing Officer based in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The Ticketing Officer will be responsible for managing travel bookings, issuing tickets, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring error-free documentation. Additional tasks include resolving travel-related issues, coordinating with airlines, and staying up-to-date on ticketing policies and procedures to provide accurate assistance.

Qualifications

Proficiency in ticketing tools and software, GDS (Global Distribution System) knowledge is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle bookings, changes, and cancellations.

Effective communication and customer service skills to handle queries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Attention to detail for reviewing travel documentation and ensuring accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.

Experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.

Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an added benefit.
