Main Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat;

Make outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners;

Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members;

Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

Strong writing and verbal skills in Nepali and English languages;

Passion for helping and communicating with people;

Good problem-solving and conflict management skills.
