Customer Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers and handle all inquiries in a professional manner.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Ensure timely response and resolution of customer complaints, issues, and service requests.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services to enhance satisfaction.

Proactively engage with customers to improve retention and loyalty.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to support service improvement initiatives.

Visit banks and financial institutions to promote company products, build relationships, and explore business opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on customer issues, satisfaction levels, and service performance.

Support marketing and sales teams in customer engagement activities and campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements – Customer Relationship Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or a related role.

Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer database/CRM systems.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethics.
