Our Client, Bencardo Bathware Center is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Manager to drive project-based sales across Nepal. The candidate should have strong industry connections and the ability to manage projects from lead generation to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage project leads across Nepal
Execute project opportunities generated internally and externally
Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to completion
Build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders (contractors, consultants, builders, etc.)
Promote and position Bencardo within project networks and industry circles
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and achievement of project sales targets
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
(MBA preferred)
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project sales or business development
Experience in sanitaryware, construction materials, or related industry preferred
Proven experience in project sales (preferably in sanitaryware, construction, or related sectors)
Strong network within the project and construction ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Team player with cross-functional coordination skills
