Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead B2B and enterprise sales efforts in the Biratnagar region. The role involves driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting pre-sales activities to expand the company’s market presence.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can translate customer requirements into effective, scalable, and technically sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

B2B & Enterprise Sales

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in B2B and enterprise segments

Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for market expansion

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts

Handle client negotiations, renewals, and escalations

Pre-Sales Activities

Work closely with technical and product teams to understand customer requirements

Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations

Support tender documentation and bid submissions

Provide market insights and feedback to improve product offerings

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the IT or technology sector)

Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise sales processes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Based in or willing to relocate to Biratnagar

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT solutions, systems, or enterprise products

Existing network of corporate clients in the region

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
