Our Client, Oometo Partners is Hiring Business Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to promote company services and close deals.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to align business strategies.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and business documents tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update CRM/reporting systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on business development activities and progress.
Job Specification
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales or business development
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
