Job Description
Conduct regular field visits across Chitwan to identify potential enterprise clients and generate new business opportunities
Build, maintain, and actively manage a strong pipeline of corporate prospects to ensure consistent sales growth
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle — including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
Understand each client’s business needs and recommend customized, solution-based offerings instead of standard packages
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and account growth
Lead contract discussions and negotiations to successfully close high-value enterprise deals
Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the region
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management review
Coordinate closely with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
Hands-on experience in B2B / enterprise sales, preferably in ISP, telecom, IT solutions, or similar industries
Proven ability to independently generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and successfully close deals
Good understanding of the Chitwan market, with an existing professional network being a strong advantage
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling, with the ability to understand and address client-specific requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a regional role
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and presentations
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
