Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor based in Kathmandu. The Educational Counselor will work closely with students, providing personalized guidance for their educational goals and helping them identify suitable academic opportunities. Responsibilities include offering tailored counseling sessions, assisting students in career planning, providing information about international education systems, and ensuring a seamless application journey. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with universities, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

Expertise in Educational Consulting and a strong understanding of the international education landscape

Demonstrated skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling

Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency

Knowledge of academic programs, admission processes, and education systems

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with students and families

Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing timelines

Previous experience in the education consultancy field is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
