Role Description

This is a remote full-time role for a Tele Counselor. In this role, you will not just be making calls—you will be acting as a trusted advisor. You will connect with interested candidates, understand their aspirations and challenges, and counsel them on choosing the right programs we offer.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Counseling: Conduct outbound calls to warm/inbound leads to understand their background, educational history, or career goals.

Program Guidance: Provide detailed and accurate information about our courses, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes, aligning them with the candidate's needs.

Enrolment & Conversions: Guide prospective candidates through the admission/enrollment process and assist them with documentation or payment steps to meet monthly enrollment targets.

Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline with prospects who need time to decide.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Psychology, Marketing, Business, or Education is a major plus).

Experience: 4+ years of experience in tele-counseling, academic counseling, inside sales, or relationship management (Preferably in EdTech, Higher Education, or Coaching institutes).

Skills

Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and closing skills.

Passion for education and the professional growth of learners
