Job Description

We are hiring a Financial Operations Specialist to support our finance, billing, payment, vendor bill, credit, accounts receivable, tax exemption, and commission related workflows. This person will help make sure invoices, payments, vendor bills, customer balances, credit requests, and finance documentation are handled accurately, professionally, and on time.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of English, both written and spoken, who is comfortable working US business hours from 6:00 PM NPT to 3:00 AM NPT. We are looking for someone who is sharp with finance and business operations logic, highly detail oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple finance related tasks without losing accuracy. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will help manage:

• Customer invoices and invoice tracking

• Payment tracking and payment follow up

• Vendor bills and vendor payment related documentation

• Tax exemption documentation and follow up

• Credit requests and credit limit tracking

• Accounts receivable follow up and customer balance tracking

• Commission related records and support

• Reconciliation support and error checking

• Internal coordination between finance, sales, operations, vendors, and customers

• Documentation, reporting, and process tracking

Requirements

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken

• Ability to work US business hours from 6:00 PM NPT to 3:00 AM NPT

• Strong finance, business, and operations logic

• Experience with invoices, payments, vendor bills, accounts receivable, credit requests, credit limits, commissions, tax documents, or similar finance related tasks

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in finance operations or similar finance roles

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field

• Comfort using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, accounting systems, ERP systems, CRM systems, billing platforms, or similar tools

• Flexibility to learn new tools and help create better internal finance processes

• A growth mindset and desire to build a long term career in financial operations
