Our Client, Knowza Architect & Engineering Solution is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect to join our team in Budhanilakantha, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and resort projects. The Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, interior plans, and 3D concepts, while coordinating with clients, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires strong design skills, technical knowledge, and proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Revit.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, interior plans, and 3D concepts

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams

Develop design concepts and detailed construction drawings

Supervise and support project execution

Ensure timely completion of assigned design tasks

Job Specification

Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience

Bachelor’s degree in architecture

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar software

Strong communication and presentation skills

Creative mindset with practical problem-solving abilities
