We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Engineers / Service Technicians for Different Locations - Itahari, Pokhara & Kathmandu. Responsibilities

• Attend customer complaints, perform PMs and troubleshooting jobs.

• Constantly maintain a healthy relationship with customers, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Keep track of all assigned equipment, including their service history, operating location and conditions, and upcoming maintenance schedules.

• Generate business leads form existing / potential new customers.

• Generate revenue from assigned customers to meet the assigned quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Pre-Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in troubleshooting and repair jobs on Excavators.

• Should be able to perform PMs, troubleshoot problems, and perform repair jobs on Excavators.

• Should have excellent knowledge of Diesel Engines, Hydraulic and Electrical Systems.

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills required.

• Good skills in Customer Handling & Negotiation

• Digital literacy- Should be able to use MS Office and other -Computer/ web based applications, and smartphone apps with decent fluency
