Job Summary

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and developing effective marketing strategies tailored to their objectives. You will also play a key role in client servicing, campaign execution, and driving new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Planning, formulating and executing marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients

Client servicing, developing and identifying new businesses

Ensuring that clients’ campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives

Selling concepts and creative ideas to clients

Supporting all aspects of projects, from estimating cost, managing budgets, and writing reports for the clients and team members

Ensuring all clients receive quality customer care and liaise with clients and keep them updated with progress

Job Specification

A good understanding of media and digital landscape

Meticulous and with a keen eye for detail

Developing, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing ATL, BTL, and digital media initiatives to achieve clients’ business objectives.

Oversee and manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including media planning, creative development, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching creative ideas to potential clients.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.

Mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Must Have

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising

Must be able to ride a bike/scooter

Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated personality

Preferred

Master’s degree with a major in Marketing or related field
