Job Description

Management Trainee - Production Coordinator position refers to the individual who shall be responsible for the production pipeline for the smooth completion of various visual effect and 3D Animation projects within the stipulated deadlines. The S/he shall work closely with Project Managers, other production and operation team members for the overall development and growth of the organization. S/he is responsible for administrative work, preparing reports and essentials documents.

Requirements

Qualifications Required

o At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably with specialization in project management or any management faculty.

o Working knowledge of the Visual Effect or CG preproduction pipeline would be an added advantage(Optional).

o Possess excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.

o Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

o Proven ability to work effectively in a high energy, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities include

o Maintain and oversee the department schedule and project’s pipeline, making sure deadlines met and milestones are achieved.

o Maintain clear and open dialogue with Production Team, and Clients.

o Provide current information to other preproduction departments.

o Update status reports, sequence list and tracking documents for the department.

o Ensure proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.

o Manage artist assigned and deliveries.

o Ensure that artists receive, understand and execute notes.
