Jagdamba Steels Limited, one of Nepal’s leading steel manufacturing companies, is looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of ERP Manager.

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in ERP systems, cross-functional coordination, business process integration, and enterprise application management within manufacturing or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP administration, maintenance, enhancement, and system optimization

Manage user roles, access controls, master data, dashboards, and reporting systems

Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and change management

Collaborate with departments to improve business processes and operational efficiency

Ensure system documentation, SOPs, training manuals, and data security practices

Coordinate with ERP vendors, software partners, and support service providers

Supervise ERP support teams across factory units and ensure timely issue resolution

Conduct user trainings and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ERP management or enterprise application support

At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role as ERP Head/Lead

Strong understanding of ERP systems, database management, reporting tools, and process integration

Manufacturing or industrial sector experience will be highly preferred

Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
