Job Description

We are a Nepal-based virtual support team collaborating with an Australian real estate business to strengthen its digital presence, real estate marketing, and engagement with the Nepali community in Australia.

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Leasing Support Executive who can manage social media marketing, real estate advertising, Meta Ads, content creation, AI-powered marketing activities, and provide basic administrative and communication support.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, AI tools, lead generation, AI-assisted content creation, and business support. but You do not need to appear in videos.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Develop engaging posts, reels, short-form videos, captions, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.

Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for

Lead generation

Property advertising

Brand awareness

Audience growth

Prepare content calendars and campaign strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads, and analytics.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media strategies.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Generate creative marketing ideas for real estate sales, rentals, and brand promotion.

AI Tools & Content Creation

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and automation platforms to create high-quality marketing content.

Explore and implement new AI tools and marketing technologies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Create educational, promotional, and lead-generating content for real estate services.(

Administration & Communication Support

Provide basic administrative support to the team when required.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

Respond to basic client, tenant, owner, and lead enquiries and escalate important matters appropriately.

Assist with CRM updates, lead follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.

Support email communication, appointment scheduling, and daily office coordination.

Job Specification

Experience in digital marketing, social media management, Meta Ads, and content creation.

Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.

Experience using Meta Ads Manager.

Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, and automation tools.

Ability to create engaging content, reels, graphics, captions, and campaign ideas.

Short video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Strong storytelling, creativity, and visual content skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Basic administration, CRM, and data entry skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Experience in real estate marketing or real estate administration will be an added advantage.
