Job Description
The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and luxurious shopping experience. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and an appreciation for fine jewelry. The Store Assistant will support daily boutique operations, maintain store aesthetics, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects Tuisa’s high brand standards.
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance
Welcome clients warmly and host them during boutique visits.
Assist in product presentations and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Ensure every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.
Jewelry Display & Maintenance
Set up daily jewelry displays in coordination with the team.
Conduct jewelry condition checks before and after showcasing.
Maintain boutique aesthetics by cleaning showcases and display areas.
Ensure secure storage and proper packaging of jewelry at store closing.
Sales Support
Assist sales hosts by retrieving jewelry pieces from secure storage.
Support billing and cash receipt preparation processes.
Ensure professional packaging and gifting presentation for sold products.
Client & Data Management
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and client records.
Share potential customer data with the back-end support team.
Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Sales Performance Support
Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Track daily sales performance data and assist in identifying improvement areas.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales regarding sales performance and customer feedback.
Report operational issues, grievances, or challenges promptly for resolution.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive monthly salary (Rs. 23,000 – 30,000 including OT)

Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum one year experience in related field
Experience in luxury retail, boutique environments, or premium customer service is preferred.
Relevant retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
Core Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Keen attention to detail, especially in handling fine jewelry.
Passion for luxury fashion and jewelry industry.
Technical Skills
Basic computer proficiency.
Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is preferred.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets for sales and data tracking.
Personal Attributes
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and across store locations when required.
