Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic FMCG Sales Executive to drive sales, maintain strong relationships with retailers/distributors, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for market coverage, product promotion, order collection, and ensuring product availability in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Visit retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors regularly.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising at outlets.
Collect orders and coordinate timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure stock availability in assigned areas.
Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback reports.
Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues if required.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
