Job Description

Develop and implement recruitment strategies and hiring plans.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.

Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.

Publish job vacancies on different recruitment platforms and social media.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

Ensure timely closure of vacant positions.

Maintain recruitment records, reports, and hiring databases.

Monitor recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost per hire, and hiring quality.

Manage recruitment vendors, consultancies, and job portals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during hiring.

Lead and supervise recruitment officers and HR staff.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Master’s degree/MBA in HRM preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.

Experience in mass hiring and technical/non-technical recruitment is an advantage.

Knowledge Requirements

Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.

Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.

Understanding of HR policies and organizational structure.

Familiarity with recruitment portals, ATS, and HR software.

Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
