Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders, and supporting sales efforts with strategic initiatives. Additional responsibilities will include fostering strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively

Proficiency in Market Research and identifying emerging trends to inform strategic decisions

Experience in Sales and implementing effective marketing strategies

Excellent Marketing Strategy skills with a focus on driving growth and engagement

Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust and ensure satisfaction

Proven problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset

Proficiency with digital tools and a general understanding of marketing platforms

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
