Jorpati, Kathmandu

This is a full-time, on-site position for our client, a construction and brick manufacturing company. The company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of ATL/BTL campaigns to promote the Good Brick System across Nepal.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with global guidelines in all marketing materials.

Assist in managing social media, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost digital presence.

Gather market intelligence, competitor data, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions.

Help organize corporate events and marketing events.

Work closely with advertising, media, and creative agencies to develop and deliver campaigns on time.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Provide information to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.

Accompany potential buyers during visits to project sites.

Assist company manufacturer in the sales of bricks and preparation of progress report to the Supervisor (Lead Management).

Achieve company-wide targeted sales objectives and sales targets in line with the company goals.

Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Key Skills & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in marketing and 3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and Conferences handling.

Good experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.

Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.

Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

Multitask and manage priorities.

Self-starter and work with minimum supervision.

Strong Negotiation skill.
