Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Kathmandu. The responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, conducting comprehensive market research, identifying sales opportunities, and managing client relationships. The role also encompasses promoting Jodne Sewa’s services, achieving sales targets, maintaining a customer database, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to devise effective strategies and analyze trends

Strong skills in Communication, with the ability to build relationships and engage clients effectively

Proven Sales and Marketing skills, including a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions

Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools is advantageous

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
