Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer specializing in Paid Ads & Analytics, based in Kathmandu. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance metrics, managing budgets, conducting A/B tests, creating ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the creative team, and providing actionable insights based on data analytics to improve ROI and campaign success.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

Develop channel strategy and make recommendations on budget allocation

Build and maintain reporting dashboards; translate data into clear optimizations

Set up and manage tracking, attribution, and pixel infrastructure

Collaborate with the copywriter to align targeting with messaging

Manage multiple client accounts and communicate performance to stakeholders

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and hit performance targets (ROAS, CPA, CPL)

Proficient in GA4, or equivalent reporting tools

Strategic thinker

you understand funnels, audiences, and conversion logic

Comfortable working independently in an unstructured environment

Bonus

prior agency experience or multi-client account management
