Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Owner at Leadership Construction. The Co-Owner will play a critical role in strategic decision-making, overseeing operations, developing business opportunities, and establishing partnerships. Responsibilities include managing sales efforts, spearheading product development, driving marketing and social media strategies, and ensuring smooth organizational functions. The role requires a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to advancing the organization's mission in the construction sector.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and represent the organization

Proficiency in Sales and marketing to generate revenue and expand partnerships

Experience in Product Development to design and implement innovative programs or initiatives

Knowledge of Marketing and Social Media strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement

Strategic thinking and leadership abilities

Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address organizational challenges

Passion for the construction industry and nonprofit work is a plus
