Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Parsa, Chitwan. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead the sales team of 15 members, develop and execute strategies to achieve targets, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining updated knowledge of education and visa services, collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery, and representing the company in meetings and events to drive business growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities

Strong organizational and leadership skills to lead a team and achieve targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with education consulting, student visa requirements, and international education systems

Knowledge in marketing and business development techniques

Proactive mindset with the ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in education consultancy or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
