Job Description

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Handle Team grievances

Maintain quality control in service

Main job knowledge of Dent paint and Bodyshop related job who can monitor/control and execute with quality maintenance.

Monitoring technician as per customer complaints.

Selling recommended service work to each client based upon mechanics diagnosis.

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
