Role Description

The Cluster Revenue Manager will lead revenue strategy for multiple properties, optimizing pricing, distribution channels, and inventory management to maximize revenue. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, setting and adjusting pricing strategies, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance property performance. The role demands proficiency in revenue management systems and data analytics. This is a full-time position based on-site in Kathmandu.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Revenue Management, Pricing Strategies, and Yield Optimization

Strong analytical skills with expertise in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Data Interpretation

Experience with Distribution Channels, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), and Channel Management Systems

Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to meet business objectives

Proficiency in using revenue management systems and relevant software

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

Previous experience in hotel revenue management or a similar role is highly advantageous
