Omega Incorporations Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT, digital solutions and virtual assistant service company providing professional support to UK-based clients.
We are looking for a sharp, organized and confident Virtual Assistant to support UK property management and lettings clients with tenant communication, maintenance coordination, landlord updates, admin and reporting.
Working Hours
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Nepal Time during UK Winter
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Nepal Time during UK Summer / Daylight Saving Time
- Our office follows the working schedule of our UK clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Communication – Handle tenant queries, routine updates, follow-ups and issue escalation professionally.
- Maintenance Coordination – Log maintenance requests, follow up with contractors/vendors and update clients on progress.
- Landlord & Client Updates – Prepare clear updates for landlords, property managers and UK-based clients.
- Lettings Admin Support – Assist with viewing coordination, tenancy document follow-ups, move-in/move-out support and renewal reminders.
- Property Portfolio Admin – Maintain property records, tenant details, contractor notes, inspection updates and portfolio trackers.
- CRM & Reporting – Update CRM systems, spreadsheets, task boards and weekly reports accurately.
- Inbox & Calendar Support – Manage emails, organise inboxes, schedule tasks and follow up on pending matters.
- Operational Coordination – Coordinate between tenants, landlords, contractors, vendors and internal teams to keep tasks moving.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Marketing, IT, Property Management or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organization, admin, follow-up and reporting skills.
- Confidence communicating with UK-based clients, tenants, landlords, contractors and vendors.
- Good attention to detail when handling records, property details, documents and task updates.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems and online admin tools.
- Previous experience in property management, lettings, customer service, admin or VA support will be an advantage.
