Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Kathmandu. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, and work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining medical records, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in patient care practices, medical assessments, and medication administration

Capability to coordinate with healthcare teams and maintain clear communication with patients and families

Strong knowledge of monitoring and maintaining accurate medical records

Understanding of healthcare regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment

Experience with patient education and health promotion

Current nursing registration/license to practice and completion of an accredited nursing program

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare setting

Prior experience in a similar setting or multilingual skills is a plus
