Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Butwal. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, and performing field service visits for maintenance and repairs. The role also involves ensuring the proper functioning of dental equipment, as well as providing guidance and education to clients on equipment usage and care.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support

Proficiency in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair

Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

Ability to work independently and travel for on-site assignments as needed

Technical degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field

Previous experience in servicing medical or dental equipment is a plus

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
