RB Merchant is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Online Presence & Business Development Intern for a comprehensive 6-month internship. For the right candidate, this position is designed to transition into a permanent, full-time role upon completion of the internship period.

We are looking for an individual who appreciates the balance between creative problem-solving and structured operational routines. Your primary objective will be to architect, plan, and execute a sustainable framework that ensures a consistent digital and social presence for our company moving forward.

Core Responsibilities

This role bridges creative marketing strategy and foundational business operations. You will be tasked with building a scalable structure from the ground up, focusing on these core initiatives:

Digital Marketplace Expansion: Leading the strategy and implementation of an online marketplace option for our specialized physiotherapy products designed for home use.

Social Media Presence Management: Designing a cohesive content strategy and scheduling framework to build brand awareness, credibility, and authority across key social platforms.

Client Relationship Optimization & Retention Pipelines: Designing and embedding a rigorous, automated client engagement system to ensure seamless communication, relationship nurturing, and consistent business development.

Integrated Workflow & Systems Management: Helping design and streamline the backend systems that connect our online presence with our internal operations, ensuring data and resources flow efficiently.

Candidate Profile

Strategic & Organized: You possess the creative mindset needed to launch new digital avenues and content, alongside the discipline required to build repeatable, efficient routines.

Long-Term Vision: You are not looking for a short-term project. You want to understand our business deeply during these 6 months with the explicit goal of executing this vision as a permanent employee.

Process-Oriented: You have a strong interest or background in business development, social media strategy, e-commerce infrastructure, and connecting different business processes into a cohesive system.
