Job Description

Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance on printing, converting, and packaging machinery.

Install, assemble, and align mechanical components, equipment, and production lines.

Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Maintain and repair gearboxes, pumps, bearings, rollers, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Conduct machine overhauls and refurbishment as per maintenance schedules.

Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions for efficiency improvement.

Ensure proper lubrication, adjustment, and calibration of machines.

Coordinate with electrical technicians for integrated troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
