Job Description
We are currently in an aggressive expansion phase and looking for result-driven professionals who can scale our sales through modern strategies including digital marketing, multimedia promotion, and strong B2B/B2C networks
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Expand B2B network (distributors, wholesalers, retailers)
Drive B2C sales through online and offline channels
Utilize multimedia platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to boost product sales
Identify new market opportunities in Nepal and India
Build and manage a strong sales and distribution team
Coordinate with marketing/content team for campaigns and promotions
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Job Specification
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a related field.
MBA qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media sales
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results
Experience in FMCG, herbal, or consumer products is a plus
