We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Development of Cargo service across demand and operations streams

Conducting market research and competitor analysis.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.

Assisting in the preparation of commercial offers and presentations.

Managing the acquisition of couriers and building relationships with courier companies.

Developing and optimizing operational processes for courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet management, and partner relations.

Analyzing customer segments and attracting new clients to the service.

Making data-driven decisions to improve the accuracy, efficiency, safety, and optimization of warehouse and last-mile operations.

Monitoring and analyzing key metrics of all courier companies.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

Learner quick, want to reach new skills;

Ability to work in a team and take initiative;

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related area (an advantage);

Proven experience in ride-hailing operations, customer service, support or sales;

Strong negotiating and communication skills, including the ability to interact cross-functionally;

Ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis of services and products, identifying their strengths and weaknesses;

Experience in working with large datasets and the ability to derive actionable insights from them.
