Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kathmandu. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage daily tasks including developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing sales training initiatives. The role also involves fostering collaboration within the team to meet sales targets, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and values.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.

Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

Proficiency in Training and team-building to enhance sales force effectiveness and productivity.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with local market dynamics is a significant advantage.

Proficiency in using sales tools or CRM systems for tracking and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
