We are currently hiring Business Development & Onboarding Executives to help expand our growing business network across Nepal.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Kathmandu, for a Business Development & Onboarding Executive Inters. The executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, and building relationships with clients. Key tasks include account management, developing and maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new businesses joining the platform. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business growth objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Visit businesses, companies, startups, hotels, shops, and organizations

Introduce businesses to our products and services

Help companies onboard to our products

Build and maintain relationships with business owners and HR teams

Collect business details, logos, photos, and contact information

Follow up with businesses through calls, WhatsApp, and email

Help grow our local business ecosystem

Requirements

Good communication and confidence

Friendly and professional personality

Basic smartphone and internet knowledge

Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Field visit and networking skills are a plus

Education

No degree is required if you can deliver good results and communicate professionally.

Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
