Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kathmandu. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and presenting product information to customers. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed about market trends to drive sales strategies and decisions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management

Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly

Experience in CRM software and related sales tools

Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience in the polymer or manufacturing industry is preferred

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
