Sales & Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities

Develop and expand sales network for automotive and industrial lubricants in assigned territories.

Visit distributors, dealers, workshops, retailers, and fleet customers regularly to generate business opportunities.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the lubricant and automobile sector.

Conduct market visits to identify competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Promote company lubricant products through direct marketing, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.

Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth product availability and market coverage.

Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and customer visit reports on a regular basis.

Support branding and promotional campaigns to increase market presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in lubricant, automotive, FMCG, or industrial product sales.

Candidates with prior experience in the lubricant industries, auto parts, battery, tire, or automotive products will be highly preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Good knowledge of market expansion, dealer handling, and channel sales.

Ability to travel frequently for market visits and business development.

Must possess a valid driving license (preferred).

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
