Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birtamod, Jhapa for a Sales Officer specializing in Electric Vehicles (EV). The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting channel sales efforts. The role will also include providing exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth for the company.

Job Description

Achieve assigned sales targets by generating leads, developing customers, and increasing product sales in the assigned territory.

Ensure timely payment collection and recovery from customers/dealers while maintaining healthy customer relationships.

Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, follow-ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline for prospective business opportunities.

Gather and report market information related to competitors, pricing, customer feedback, market trends, and business opportunities.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, activity updates, pipeline status, and coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and ensure client satisfaction

Proficiency in Communication to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders

Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to contribute to business growth and manage sales processes

Goals-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is a plus
