Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kathmandu. The Relationship Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include providing guidance to students, assisting them throughout their application and admission processes, coordinating with partner institutions, managing communication channels, and addressing inquiries. The role also involves conducting follow-ups, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth process for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including excellent communication and client service abilities

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently

Knowledge of educational systems and international admissions processes is highly desirable

Problem-solving and negotiation capabilities, with attention to detail in documentation and correspondence

Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Fluency in English and local languages; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a plus

Previous experience in education consultancy, customer relationship management, or a related field is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Education, or a related discipline
