We are looking for a Bengali-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about maintaining a safe and positive online environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate online content in Bengali in accordance with platform guidelines and policies

Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content

Ensure content complies with company standards and legal requirements

Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant team when necessary

Maintain high accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Proficient in Bengali (fluent)

Minimum English communication level

B2

Valid Passport

Willing to relocate to Penang, Malaysia

Strong attention to detail and good judgment skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and shift-based environment
