Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to help grow our client base through outbound outreach and lead generation.This is a sales prospecting role focused entirely on finding potential business clients, sending personalised outreach messages, and following up consistently until meetings are booked.There is no design work, social media management, or content creation involved. Your day-to-day work will focus on researching leads, writing outreach emails/messages, tracking responses, and scheduling calls. If you are organised, confident in written English, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Search job listing websites daily to identify businesses hiring for email marketing or related positions

Research and identify decision-makers such as founders, owners, or marketing managers

Find and verify contact details of potential leads

Send personalised cold emails and LinkedIn outreach messages tailored specifically to each business

Follow up consistently with leads who have not responded

Maintain accurate daily records of

Leads contacted

Outreach messages sent

Responses and follow-up status

Coordinate and schedule meetings between interested leads and the sales team

Assist in preparing simple sales materials and documents when required

Job Specification

Strong written English communication skills

Comfortable communicating with businesses in the US, UK, and Australia

Must own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection

Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Willingness to learn and follow structured sales processes

Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

Preferred Qualities

Experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or cold emailing is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary

NPR 30,000 per month

Attractive performance-based commission

Top performers can earn NPR 1,00,000 – 2,00,000+ per month
